if you really think of it..out of the 4 questions only option 2 is the credible one..remember apart from contact,,you will need to use standard precaution. and still option 2 is the best choice out of the 4 eliminate 1&3 because they have nothing...

i agree with dudette or get a 2ml syringe withdraw 0.5 ml of benadryl and push it staright to central line and flushed it after with 10ml of n/saline..simple no mixing no hassle straight forward...just becareful with air you introduce...:rotfl:

so glad it's over now..no more books. lol. the case of nclex rn is done. case closed. ..i remember nightingale ceremony so longggg time ago( 1992?) i like seeing nurses wearing their cap. i think it's beautiful.
