    Most likely the package. After looking at other sites seems that package is the cheapest at beck's. You might be able to fine the book alone but seem cheaper to just get the 3

    Uniforms are ugly as hell. Also said said we only need penlight and a blood pressure cuff. Was told it was left off the list. We can not get the unisex uniform which sucks. I hate elastic wastebands....
