    Yes the hha certificate is used as a waiver- that's what I have and they gave me the waiver. Upon acceptance they will ask you to just provide proof of the waiver on ur transcript. Good

    It is NUR2140 bc requires only 2 credits and so does pbsc, but 3 credits is accepted-even better u dont have to do it for ur bachelors. with the 2credit- u wud b missing one for ur bsc, so it works...
