    I know, I was bummed! I asked if it had to do with budget cuts and she said no but she didn't tell me exactly why they were re-interviewing ... Just that she would let us know as soon as she knew...

    nice :) Yes I am a transfer... As far as I know and from what ---- said to me, budget cuts are not going to be a factor this time and there is not going to be a cut off for transfers.. who knows...
