    Just throwing this out there...the overall score of 58% is an average of all sections...so that being said..in order to get an average of 58% then most likely some section scores are going to be below...

    Enrollment services is open till 7pm....I think you could email it as an attatchment possibly. Almost every grocery store and apartment complex office has a fax machine. It can be done! Don't give up...
