    M- Wouldn't it be nice if the nurses could work together? Techs and CNAs get the bad rap - but maybe the focus is on the wrong person? Do you often have nurses with a "That's not my patient" attitude?...

    Maybe your hospital is nicer to it's patients that we were to ours! (then again - on night shift - patients don't need our crappy coffee! ) Have you spoken to her about this issue?

    In the ICU, patients have BPs in the 200/105s all the time and I probably wouldn't be freaked out about it - just something else to fix. But I agree that the tech was wrong. Maybe she is burning out?...
