    Well thats a new requirement from the BRN. When I did mine 5years ago I only submitted a certified true copy of my school diploma. Requirements change, I guess you just have to follow what they want....

    They just want a certified true copy of your school diploma. Since you already passed your NCLEX before, the results are still valid, you just have to submit a new application for licensure exam...
