    Professional references only ... must have a letter head from persons workplace.... the lady was so rude when I asked that question ...omg ... they don't know how to talk to people at all

    so true ... ii felt the exam was a breeze as welll .... but .... this lady was telling me she was only a few hours late last yr with money and they didn't let her in the program .... she said there so...
