    Are costs to the PTs based on the costs of the hospital? I really don't know but I would think that if the hospital has to pay more to supply a provider then they would charge

    I agree. I have just dealt with many people saying that there aren't any jobs and they refuse to move. I had an underclass student tell me she would not move if there is not a CRNA position locally...

    Some hospitals just won't hire a CNA unless they have some inside track. My wife applied during nursing school and they never even spoke to her but they sure did hire her no problem to be an OR nurse....
