Nursing is my second career. After 9 years, I left myjob to obtain my BSN. I've worked as a nurse for 6 years and most of the time, like it. I started with 2 years med surg. I completed a critical care internship which allowed me to rotate through the hospital's 9 ICUs and the ED over a 2 year period. After the internship, I worked in the ED for an additional 2 years.
