    The first job is the hardest one to get. I applied to like 50 Jobs and had 15 interviews before my first job. A LOT of NP jobs are word of mouth. Like what just happened with Redgirl. Btw...yay!...

    Manhow...sorry about the boards..I am just now seeing this. Did you pass yet?? FutureNP87, the Hesi was not that bad. really. A few ethical/research type of questions and all the rest were clinical....

    Thats a hard test to study for as it is mostly non clinical questions. Start studying now...get out your research, theory and policy books. They changed the test recently as well..multiple multiples....

    I'm a FNP at a holistic Family practice. Its referred to as functional medicine. We look at things on a cellular level and try to correct the root cause of the problem instead of treating symptoms....
