    actually u are right.. and the conformation is done by sputum test.. so plz don't choose xray..the rationale behind it is what you just said.xray can show something else and doesn't indicate

    I believe that it covers the most important things you need to know in order to pass the test.. this is what she says herself in the lectures.. Nclex knows that we just graduated and doesn't expect us...
