    That's great 3.5 miles! I am working my way back up to 5 miles but this heat even early in the morning is a killer. Keep at it

    i called valpo to see if they have mailed their letters yet and the lady said no. she said they are due to go out sometime this week. my mail lady will be relieved that i won't be stalking her this...

    try giving the school a call to see if they have mailed them out yet and if not, if they know when they will be going out. i am gonna give it a try so that i am not stressing daily over
