    I started in psych and spent 2 years there because I said I would and I had great respect for the staff and my manager, however I burnt out after a year and a half, that last six months was awful....

    If you are staying in the same system, it should be a lateral transfer, certainly no loss of pay. Good luck, it is difficult to to start over in a new specialty but learning new things is always a...
