    Thanks everyone for the advice, I think I will wait until after my probationary period ends and then tell them in hopes that I dont look dishonest. I really like this job a lot and I hope it all works...

    Well in our facility handbookit says until your there for at least 12 months then you can only take off a maximum of 30 days for a medical reason (ie childbirth). Is there a law saying you get longer...
