    I would think ER would be more marketable for ICU than tele.. I've worked ICU for over 13 years and thought I was burnt.. Decided to take a part time job on a tele floor.. Never again will I do that.....

    One of the best Critical Care apps that I've used is called Fast Facts for Critical Care by Kathleen White.. very useful but doesn't have an option to preview before buying.....
