    I wanted to apply to UMDNJ, but when I spoke to them I was told if I didn't have a 3.0 in undergrad (regardless of my pre-reqs or grades after graduating) I wouldn't even be looked at....... sucks so...

    They did, but only because I'd have more time to process the info.... we all know doing a 1year program will be memorization and cramming, so I guess they were just being neutral and honest. Good luck...

    Well I was accepted to LIU (Long Island University) for thier 2 year program, so if I don't get in then I'm going there.... I went to college in NY so i don't mind going back to school

    anbnursing, I hear ya. I also have the same experience (EMT until last year) and work @ a hospital.....hopefully this along with the letters and other experience will help.... if this doesn't work...
