I got the same error messages. I think they made selections yesterday and if you got it comes regualar mail and if you didn't it comes in an email after they send out all the award notifications. Hope this helps!

PS: I just went back and read my email for being a finalist/alternate and it said selections would be made by September 30, not notifications...hate to be the bearer of bad news but we are gonna have to wait even longer it seems...
