    NO i agree with you i think she is entitled to know but the law will not allow you to do so.. i have seen a nurse do so when the residents were both mental pts..family had a fit but your can't...

    what i meant was that if all hospitals had the same pay scale then the % of nurse would be spread evenily throught out based on individual preference if the pay was higher some of the nurses not now...
