Yes, you can apply then take the TEAS. You just have to have all requirements submitted by the application deadline. As Ledestiny said, stay on top of them, don't just assume UTMB will receive your scores... Good Luck!

My PRN job is a med-nurse at a psych unit, and I have sole access to my narc drawers, the entire shift. I count with another LVN coming on and coming off. But just 5 miles down the road at my FT job, nope. Can't do it. Makes no sense!!

Yuup! My PRN job is at an in-pt psych facility on a detox floor, can't count on two fingers the number of LVNs that have been treated, but I need more than my fingers and toes to count the # of RNs that I've had come through for narc addictions!!

Two LVNs can't do shift-end narc counts, has to be at least one RN, and they have to start it. Because, you know, LVNs can't count, AND we're more likely to divert than a RN.

Breaks my heart. Had a Cocain Lucifer earlier in the year, but I'm thankful that the sweet baby wasn't on this earth long and never had to bear his name.
