    I totally agree. I am a male nurse. Based on my experience, I have not encounter any problems regarding my gender except in OB/Gyne, of course!

    Some schools here in the Philippines will only fill up the form but it is the applicant who will send it to CGFNS. That happened to me, be sure you get a mailer envelope with the school seal on it....

    The US government has started the requirement of the visa screen certificate in 1997. Hope this info helps.
