    CA will look at you after a year of experience with your RN....so they arent completely ruled out. thats what I am working on now...they have one lady a the board who deals with EC grads only....call...

    I enrolled in the program in 07 with a CA address, had no problems...call the board and talk to them...Excelsior also told me they have had students getting endorsed after 6-12 months in another...

    CA doesnt reconize Excelsior for initial licensure, but you can endorse in after a year experience as an RN, they do a case by case review....If you want to work at the VA, then you can do excelsior...
