    wow thanks for all the replies. Its nice to "talk" with others. I dont think Im being hazed on my unit, but I do think my unit has several of its own troubles now. I dont know if it is any one...

    I am almost relieved to have found this thread because I feel the same way. Why do we subject ourselves to this abuse? I get that this is a "female" profession so that automatically means its abusive...
