    Ok...I guess I'd have to clarify why I said what I did. I agree that the Hospital setting is always the BEST place for any new grad nurse...RN or LVN. In my situation, I had to go with the most $$$...

    Welcome to Texas! There are many new Hospitals and Surgery Center's going up in the DFW area. The Sunday paper always has a lot of listings for nurses. I agree that a LTC facility might be your best...
