    woo hoo maybe it's sinking in...3 consecutive shifts and she's been on time...now if only she'd pick up a pen. the other one 'got off early' from orientation the other day to go to another doctors...

    our pharmacy will eventually send up the premixed bolus bag...but usually the other bag comes first and if we are in a hurry we will use the 1000ml bag to bolus and then adjust the rate...it all goes...

    our facility just made it easier on us...new policy...perineal massage is not recommended. amen. period. hands off. a baby will come through there without you reaming them out.

    we get a CBC on all patients to check H&H (are they low to start with? where is your baseline for if they bleed, how much have they dropped from when they came in, do they need supplemental iron...

    we had an increta-grew through an old incision, didn't end up with a hyster though lucky for her she was young. we got an update on mom and baby of the case I described and both are expected to pull...
