   just rationalizing why PV pops up before cc page....( bc as I know we,from cali, can only retake the exam after 45 days) so maybe PV does not allow as to register bc our ATT # has been used for a that...

   why is it that almost everybody passed?...only few went through to cc page and failed...is there anybody THAT HAD TRIED THE TRICK 1,2 TO 3 DAYS AFTER THE EXAM from Cali who got the pop up but FAILED?...
