   I think that if the facility has a comprehensive orientation/preceptor program, it is an excellent place to start as a new grad. However, ICU has to be something you enjoyed when you were in school....

   Even though you have graduated, you still have ALOT to learn. Don't expect to know everything. Be sure to ask lots of questions. You will feel overwhelmed . . . and remember we were all "new grads"...
