  1. Yep, they are available here, but you don't see them very often.
  2. These have been recommended to me... ATI website: http://www.atitesting.com/Solutions/PreNursingSchool/TEAS.aspx TEAS prep website: http://www.testprepreview.com/teas_practice.htm I have heard that these books are the best to study for the TEAS test: McGraw-Hill GED Study Guide McGraw-Hill Nursing School Entrance Exam Study Guide Good luck to you! :)
  3. That sounded pretty stressful! Sheesh! Glad that it is working out for you though, hope you have a better semester. :)
  4. I decided at age 26, that becoming an RN was something I really wanted. But, due to circumstances, I didn't begin pre-reqs and co-reqs until this past year at age 32. But, I never gave up on my dream, and I never will. I am determined to do this no matter how long it takes me. Good luck to you and everyone!
  5. Wow, how scary! Hope it all turns out well for you.
  6. I don't think it's 'too late' at all. I have a friend who didn't become a nurse until he was 35. Before that he was a miserable factory employee. Becoming a nurse is one of the best decisions he has made. I have seen him in action and he is an exceptional nurse, truly exceptional. I, myself, won't be graduating until I am 35. So, I would say go for it. You'll never know unless you try. Good Luck to you! :)
  7. Ok... That scares me!

  21. It can be dried, ground up and encapsulated. I have heard that it helps with PPD, also, a bit can be placed under the tongue to help with hemorrhaging. I don't think I could eat it as a meal.
  22. Very cool! :) Sounds like you had a good time.
