HESI-RN Exit Exam
Has anyone used the Q&A review book? One of my friends had mentioned it helped her a lot for the HESI. If so, there is one by Saunders and one from Lipincott. Which one do you suggest? Any advice appreciated! Thanks :nuke:

Chamberlain College of Nursing St. Louis
Thanks everyone for your input! I started classes 4 weeks ago and I have to say that I really like it there. The instructors are nice and so far seem to be very knowledgeable. I have heard from fellow students that the financial aid office lags, but I figure I can make sure I stay on top of it. Subee: Yes you are right, I do want the extra education and I plan on continuing on to get my NP. Any other advice is much appreciated... Have a Happy Thanksgiving everyone!!

Chamberlain College of Nursing - Addison
Hi, I just wanted to put my 2cents in. I had applied to the St. Louis Chamberlain and did it after the deadline of July 15 for the fall semester and I still got in. If you want to get in for the spring semester, its probably not too late. Just get your application and transcripts in now so that you can start the process. Also, I had a friend who didn't finish her application process till 3 1/2 weeks before fall semester began, and she still got in. Oh and as far as the staff and school, Love them! So far, I have had a great experience with Chamberlain. My teachers go out of their way to help you and they are very passionate about teaching. Good Luck with everything!!! I'm sure you will do wonderful!

I took the Teas Test for Chamberlain and it was a basic test of math, english, science, etc. From what my admissions advisor told me, the A2 test is harder, it has harder math, more A&P, etc. If you do a google search for both tests you can get an idea of their content. Good luck and I hope this helped.

Chamberlain College of Nursing St. Louis
Hi everyone, I'm new to this site. I have looked around at the threads concerning chamberlain college of nursing and all I have found was information regarding their online ASN program. I was wondering if there is anyone out there who attends or recently attended Chamberlain College of Nursing at St. Louis in their onsite BSN program? I just would like any information on what they think of the school, advisors, curriculum, etc. Thank you very much

I just got accepted at Chamberlain for their on site BSN (not the RN-BSN) program in St. Louis, MO. They do have Prereqs, but you can take them there. Its an accelerated program, so if you have no previous college, its a 3year program. I would suggest that you take the prereqs at a community college. It costs too much money to do general ed there. For the regular BSN they require A&P I and II, Psych, Sociology, English, College Algebra, Chemistry, Microbiology, History, Macro Economics, Stats, History, etc. I hope this helps. I'm just starting so my info is limited to the "getting in" portion. This link might work, it gives you an idea of what classes are required for the BSN. http://www.chamberlain.edu/Portals/0/CCN_Grids_Addison.indd.pdf :)
