    yes, it is a Transitional care unit. I think , they care ,for pts. that are not ready to go home yet, but need additional care, rather than keeping them on the unit

    I don't think we should discourage LPNS from seeking hospital employment there are openings out there it just is fewer than RNS and that trend is up and down in one area you can find some hospitals...
