    I have never understood the "punishment" for imparied physicians. In my state, if a physican is shown to have a drug/alcohol problem, they are referred into a program for impaired physicians....

    If you have an urge to play around with meds, you can go to http://www.anesoft.com/Products/as.asp They have a pretty neat program. Also have a sedation simulator.

    Methadone is the primary pain drug I write, and I always write for a month at a time. Also, Methadone sometimes provides greater pain releif than Morphine will. No matter how equal the dose is.
