    I have worked in acute setting for 5 years. Hospital operated, we continue all care during dialysis (give meds, orders etc). We take turns being on call so sometimes we work as much as 20 hours...

    Thanks for the invite. I'm in Texas though it would be so great to visit other acute centers. Some of the unfairness comes from the fact that our manager does not do the scheduling we staff nurses...
