  1. One website that I have used for home study CE is www.netce.com. I really like the courses and they are pretty inexpensive. They also have free ones available. Also, if you use the coupon code "TAKE10" at checkout, you can get 10% off. I have called them before and all of their courses are approved for nurses in all 50 states. Hope this helps :)
  2. There is a website that does home study continuing education for renewing your license: www.netce.com. They have a lot of different courses, and if you do a special offer it is pretty inexpensive. I have also used the coupon code "TAKE10" and you can get 10% off of your order.
  3. www.netce.com has some really good courses and they always have special offers. Also, if you use the coupon code TAKE10 when you check out, you can get 10% off of your entire order.
  4. I know that www.netce.com has a lot of good courses. They also have special offers for $29 specifically for Texas nurses to get all of the continuing ed you need at once, and you can do it online or they will mail you a book with everything in it. It seem easy and quick enough, and they are approved through the ANCC and also in Texas, according to their accreditations.
  5. I found this website that has a lot of good information about stroke and patient education: www.netce.com. It's a continuing education website, but you can see all of the course content without paying. The link for the stroke information is here: http://www.netce.com/coursecontent.php?courseid=484#BEGIN It looks like it has a lot of information on the the things you described. Hope this helps!
