I know that www.netce.com has a lot of good courses. They also have special offers for $29 specifically for Texas nurses to get all of the continuing ed you need at once, and you can do it online or they will mail you a book with everything in it. It seem easy and quick enough, and they are approved through the ANCC and also in Texas, according to their accreditations.
