    hey missmykids this is how i did it: 1) 400mg/250ml x 23ml/hr = 36.8mg/hr (the ml cancel out) 2) 36.8mg/hr x 1000mcg/1mg =36,800 mcg/hr (the mg cancel out) 3) 36,800 mcg/79.5 kg = 462.89308 mcg/kg/hr...
