   The Dunbar Community School has a program that is 5 weeks that starts in August, Oct, Jan, and March. It's less than $400 from what I have found out. It's on Ramey Ave. in

   The program is called WIA. From what I understand they don't have any funding this year (thanks to the state of TX), but they are still having orientations on wed mornings at the local workforce...
