    was the bad IV in the same vein as the heplock?? if so then I wouldnt use it, but if one was medial and one was more lateral on the arm, then I would use it. we were also taught to never use an IV...

    JCAHO needs to spend one weekend working with me. Actually WORKING, not just observing. And then maybe they will get real. No way do I read back orders... Not when I have 3 more docs on the phone...
