    I think it is great when the Nurses help out the CNA's. I know that the Nurses are busy with their own work, and I would never expect a nurse to do my duties, but we are all there for the same reason...

    The best thing to do is just give it some time. It took me a good 6 months to get used to Night Shift, and even now I still get tired sometimes. Make sure you get enough sleep! Take an hour cat nap...
