I worked weekends 20 hours for LPN and and 24-32 baylor during RN school.

Both my commutes LPN and RN were 1.5 hours away. I moved during LPN school and I lived in a hotel during RN school when needed.

We had lots of facility patients and some of the facilities where less than a mile from each other. I had as much as 6-8 patients per facility.

I would have killed for a 5 month orientation at any job. My first couple of jobs the orientations were from 1-4 days. My current job in the ER they attempted to kick me off orientation after 2 weeks. I made sure I received all 9 weeks.

My sister talked me into it, but I am happy she did. I love nursing :)!
