There is no wait list for the program. You have to apply and and they either accept or reject you. You have to write an essay (which, i appologize, i no longer remember what it had to be on... LoL)....

You can not check on the website until you have paid your License fee.... they don't issue you a license number until after you pay that 135 buckaroos! so there is no way around it.... GRRRRRR! Day 5...
