GOOD LUCK ALL!!! I got 2 jobs! already! One casual at my home town hosp and a full time line at a hosp about 30 mins away! HOLLA! We worked so hard for this!

I am looking for some research on nurses who "care too much" and put themselves at risk for burnout and emotional exhaustion. I cannot think of a word for people pleaser either. Can anyone help me out? THanks!

No not at all. Some can be a great help and some can be a pain in the you know what. Check the CNA status at the door-It seemed to annoy our instructors when talked about "as a care aide..." and "we did it THIS way" Just my 2 cents

neato-we get a pin and we wear a cap and gown (gown has a colored ribbon thing that is specific to your degree). I wish it was more personalized to nursing, but alas it is not.

My last final EVER on Tuesday, then my final preceptorship in January for 16 weeks and then....DONE! YAY!
