    I think you have answered your own question. Tele=PCCN, ICU/ED/Cath Lab=CCRN. Without the experience you will have a very difficult time passing the exam. Good luck!

    ECCO has lots of great info. The PAC section is very good. It can be dry and boring at times but IMHO it is worth the effort, especially for the new ICU RN.

    This is not a bad idea but probably difficult to get. I personally wouldn't really worry about it as there are several EC grads working here that I know of personally.

    Hawaii BON accepts EC without any problems. Realize when you call the BON you are getting a career gov't employee with minimal motivation to assist you.
