    ??? my nosrings in fact are all stud earrings where I just mad an 90° angle somwhere close the middle to, so I can take them out whenever I like ... & sometimes it's fun to show that to patients...

    what a poor understanding of professionalism as you work in Texas...maybe even Swiss people understand a little your problem but look: even in Switzerland some people dislike change in general...
