Born in Panama, raised in KY. USAF for 8yrs. Graduated UofL SON with BSN. Med-Surg RN upon graduation for 5 months. Began as a critical care RN at a Level 1 Trauma Center (teaching environment) & went agency in 98 & travel/scab in 2001.
