    Good thought on the calls. It is good your agency gives you time to do that. With nurses managing more and more patients it is hard to squeeze time in.

    I am glad you like home health. I think for an employee the best place to learn about it is via your employer first ie) bag techinique policy, clinical policies etc. Wasn't this included in your OSHA...
