    Some facilities right here in New York City do that. Of course, most do not. To the administrator, they lose $$$$ by doing it, so you cannot really blame him for doing it inasmuch as part of his job...

    Come to New York City... We love new graduates, and we can't live without them. Starting salary is $62k. And there are a lot of jobs here... I only work 13 days a month and I still be able to work one...
