Although I started pre-reqs a couple years prior, I finally started actual nursing school at 44 years old.

I work in a memory care unit with all dementia patients. Management has stressed that we are to do all we can to make them feel safe and loved, so if they say it, so do I....usually because I really do.

Ditto here. We have two hospitals in our town, one fairly large and the other a little smaller. The smaller one posts the ER wait times on their website (and even on electronic billboards around town!).
