Nothing new here. Its been the same in nursing for years. Bedside nursing is brutal and stressful. Nurses get their experience and then move on to less stressful safer jobs.

This is why most RNs who gain experience leave full time work and go part time or work PRN.... Hospitals are still not getting it..... And nursing schools still promote this profession as the be all end all job...

Yes they mostly accept their own school graduates. I would suggest you do not move here without first having landed a job. There are not enough jobs for the amount of graduates here.

Nursing is flooded in this region the problem will be obtaining employment after you graduate, do not expect a job immediately upon graduation.
