    I think priority patient for lap chol surgery becouse its really important that patient is ready for surgery, #2 patient with dressing change, #3 teaching the doughter and #4 giving report to RN....

    When i took my exam I had 7-near and 1- above and did not pass. Regarding your second question this is from NCSBN side "...some BON have laws and regulations that allow failing NCLEX examination...
