    nope, I got my tourist visa way back before I became a nurse... I've been visiting USA for years and didn't overstayed... yup, i'm working in a hospital right now specifically on telemetry

    You don't need to take local board to apply for VSC:smackingf . VSC requires you to pass EITHER CGFNS OR NCLEX only and series of English exams... Local board is needed if you want to sit for CGFNS...
