    ca allows a letter why you don't have your license so you may apply for nclex. but are you given the att for ca even if you haven't received your local license #? or you eligibility is put on hold...

    now i know that you have to request it from them. about the ces, for the validations part, i have to file it in prc but they request a license number which i don't have yet. so will this delay my ces...

    Ther's an agency here that have tried to just get a certificate of prc that you've passed with ur license number in lieu of a license card. though i dont want to commit any risks with VT
